Eligibility Criteria
- Born in and/or currently living in Africa
- 35 years of age or younger
- Possess a relevant degree (Bachelor’s minimum; MSc/PhD preferred)
- Experience in genomics, diagnostics, biotechnology, or vaccine development
- Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to Africa’s scientific growth
- Fluent in English or French (proficiency in both languages is an advantage)

Levels of Study
The fellowship supports two distinct training pathways:
- Advanced and Translational Training (ATT) Fellowship: Designed for those seeking intensive skills development
- Young Professional Programme (YPP) Fellowship: Targets early-career professionals looking to advance their research and leadership capabilities
The ATT Fellowship (4 months) focuses on:
- Advanced genomics for public health
- Genomic diagnostic design

The YPP Fellowship (12 months) concentrates on:
